Ralph Watson – Founder and CEOBranding Image

Ralph is a professional Consultant and Inspirational Speaker with a true flair for helping people to achieve outstanding results. His successful business career, spanning over 25 years, gives him a wealth of experience and a down to earth approach that makes working with him effective and fun.

As an experienced Consultant, Ralph brings tremendous expertise to his work. His ability to cut quickly to the heart of an issue and ask questions that move his clients smoothly to finding their own solutions has been described as “elegant magic”.

Ralph’s energy and dynamic presence as an Inspirational Speaker has seen him in action across Europe and the Middle East. Operating from an extensive skill set, he utilises NLP, Emotional Intelligence, Accelerated Learning and tremendously skilful story-telling to create a truly fascinating, rich and learning-filled experience for his audiences and programme participants.

Away from the stage and podium, Ralph provides Executive Coaching and Mentoring to Leaders and Entrepreneurs in the corporate world and his cross-cultural experience makes him a natural choice for multi-national organisations whilst his down to earth approach and ability to maintain a solution focused approach produces fast, effective results, enabling Board level clients to achieve a crystal clear vision and strategy.

Phil Cullen MBA

Phil worked in business development, sales and marketing before moving into operations management where he developed and implemented major change programmes achieving Investors in People and membership of the British Quality Foundation.

This led to consultancy work with KPMG on a major strategic change programme working closely with the Board and senior managers. He worked in the Eastern Bloc as a change consultant working with Ministers and senior managers and then moved into training and consultancy and was responsible for implementing a £1.25 million management development programme.

For over 10 years Phil has worked as an independent consultant and a Visiting Executive Fellow at the world-class Henley Business School teaching on the Business School’s prestigious MBA programmes and supporting and coaching managers from a wide variety of organisations. In 2006 he was a member of a small team that developed and created the Business School’s Personal Development Module, consistently rated as “No.1 in the World for Personal Development”.

Phil is qualified to use MBTI, FIRO-B and 360 degree feedback. He is also a Certified NLP Coach Practitioner. He has an MBA from Henley and a Certificate in eLearning, Teaching and Tutoring online (CeLTT) from the University of Greenwich.

Paul Blackhurst

Branding ImagePaul is a consultant, speaker, Trainer, Coach and facilitator. In his corporate career, he demonstrated many of the skills, strategies and behaviours that he now helps others to develop. Following an early career in b2b Marketing and Sales, Paul moved into management development in 1992. He spent 8 years with Management Centre Europe and American Management Association, progressing from Programme Director to Corporate Development Director and finally to Global Practice Leader. In 2000, he became a Director of an e-learning software company and, since 2002, he has been running his own training and consulting business.

Paul has worked on 4 continents and has a track record of designing and delivering successful consulting and development projects for blue-chip clients. He has planned, chaired and spoken at industry-leading conferences across Europe and the Middle East, including the Global Marketing Conference in 1999 and 2003, the Human Resources Conference for the Middle East in 2002 and the “Stratejist” Conference in Turkey in 2004 and 2005.

Steve Colegate

Steve is a consummate and passionate problem solver and always has been.

He spent the early part of his career in IT and telecommunications solving technical problems before moving into leadership roles learning to solve organisational and personnelBranding Image problems. His increasing interest in people performance led him into a career in coaching and leadership development where he developed a solid reputation for helping individuals and organisations overcome barriers to performance working with some of the best know brands in the UK including Sky, HP, BBC and The Royal Mail.

His current passion has taken him back to his problem solving roots, working with the only tool that delivers systematic innovation. He now works with organizations using PRIZM to help them develop rapid and sustainable innovations to overcome their business issues and put the fun back into the process.

Dina Aba Yazeed (Egypt and Middle East)

Dina Aba Yazeed is a certified Member of the Faculty of the American University in Cairo where she leads post-graduate programmes in a number of disciplines, including Organisational Development, Business Communication, Marketing and Employee Development. Her comprehensive background and experience in these subjects gives her strength of knowledge and her ability to pass on her Branding Imageknowledge and skill is testified to by the consistently high results achieved by her students and the regard with which she is held in the business community.

Dina Aba Yazeed has been involved in several major multi-cultural projects including the Middle East Entrepreneurship Training (MEET) in the United States and is an Alumni Member.

Academically, Dina has a BSc and Advanced Marketing Certificate (C.I.M.) and she puts these to great use in her outstanding work in advising clients on aspects of their marketing policies. Her extensive professional experience in the IT sector is also a great asset and is put to great use on a regular basis.

Dina is our specialist representative for Egypt and the Middle East.
