Working from an extensive set of skills and experience, coupled with highly effective tools, we will guide you, and your organisation, through the necessary process of change from start to successful completion.

We have four specific areas in which we specialise:

Leadership – Inspiring Visionary leadership not only in the business context but across all areas and contexts from the home to the community. Leaders exist, and are needed, everywhere and our aim is to help develop the Leaders of today AND tomorrow.

Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) – There is much myth and mystery surrounding NLP.  Many people do not fully realise the potential that this tool set can bring to life and to business.  The combination of my 30+ years in business and NLP can help both individuals and organisations turn their visions into reality.

Coaching – Already recognised and accepted as a vital element of Leadership and personal development, coaching is widely used across the West and is rapidly gaining acceptance in the Middle East and Asia.  At RWP we offer a range of Executive Coaching services as well as learning programmes to help people develop heir coaching skills

Change – All things change, especially people and its a fact that organisations must change and adapt at an incredible rate to maintain a competitive edge in the 21st century business environment.  We approach change through a full range of services and programmes, offered as both public seminars and bespoke in-house consultancy projects.
