Ralph has a magnificently constructive approach. The training affected my mental attitude very positively. It helped me to learn more about myself, to use more of my inner power as more of my world unfolds. It was also surprising to see the effects continued to increase as days past.

I’m so grateful for the amazing NLP and hypnosis training.

If my first manager had not introduced me to leadership development I would not have the lifestyle that I enjoy now. I owe Mr Attree a great deal over the years.

Good post!

If I may add this little tidbit...

We should be out soliciting criticism! Most people if slightly unhappy with the product or service will move on to the next supplier. If someone takes time to help you with your business, a sincere emphatic thank you is in order.

Care should be taken not to change the product for the criticizer and displeasing all the content customers.

Ralph,

Love your summary of points. On vision. If there is one thing that turned my life and the organization I lead around it's compelling vision.

YOu are so right about working through resistance. On one hand, listen to the wisdom of others but one the other have the courage to press through. In addition, listen to critiques and ask, "What happens if I listen to you?" I've found the answer is typically, NOTHING.

One other personal note. In my own life vision was born out of dissatisfaction with the present. We have to have enough courage and honesty to say, this isn't working. This leads me to say, vision almost always means a break with the past and that isn't easy.

Great post,

Great info Ralph and so true
We can always choose and yet so often forget this.

Our own behaviour is down to us and not something that we can (although often we do) apportion fault or blame on anyone else

thanks for sharing this post

Hi,
Yes, it makes me think that so many people don't take the time to stop and listen. Well
I'd like to share something : I usually stop and listen, not only that but take the
time to enjoy beauty, listen early in the morning to birds beside my window, enjoy the
morning cool breeze ..etc. Its a habit from childhood that someone I respect once told
me is always STOP, TRY TO ENJOY SMALL THINGS INLIFE, BEAUTY. I think its one of the
main ingredients to charge one's positivety & optimism .
Regards,
Hoda

Hi Ralph,

A couple of other "C"'s that I would add and in no particular order.

The first is "C" for compelling. Whatever the change that you want to create you must present that in a compelling way for your audience. It must encourage, motivate and compel them to change.

The second is "C" for constant and constancy. I don't think I can get away with two "c"'s for that one! Here my emphasis is on ensuring that you plot a constant course for your change journey.

Best regards,

Phil
