The Blended Learning NLP Trainer Training is a multi media programme created for the learning needs of the 21st Century and making full use of the latest technology.  The NLP Trainer Training will provide you with an opportunity to get the very best possible learning experience in a multi-sensory and multi-media journey to excellence.

Created and led by International NLP Master Trainer, Ralph Watson, this programme will be open to both NLP and Non-NLP participants so even if you are not certified to NLP Master Practitioner level you can now take your training, presenting and public speaking skills to the highest level.

During the classroom based elements Ralph will be supported by a team of certified and skilled NLP Trainers so you are assured of constant support, advice and high quality feedback.

The programme  

Breaking new ground in the delivery of world class NLP Trainer Training this programme makes use of a blended learning approach to deliver beyond the equivalent of a “typical” NLP Trainer Training Programme in a way that gives you the flexibility to continue your usual business or personal life as much as possible. This enables you to gain the maximum benefit from the classroom based parts of the course while undertaking the online parts at a time and in a place that suits you and the busy successful life that you lead.

The blended learning programme will be dedicated to providing you with all the skills and understanding you need in order to become an outstanding Trainer. 

You will learn

• Understanding how to motivate people to learn
• Understanding group dynamics and group rapport skills
• How to design a structured, effective training – whether it is NLP or any other training
• The ways in which people learn most effectively – and how to utilise them
• How to use your voice and physiology to create a mesmerising stage presence
• How to design exercises that ensure the learner is on an effective learning path
• Stagecraft skills that will work at the unconscious level to hold your audience throughout a course
•  How to manage and modulate the states in your audience
• Skills for effective demonstrations
• How to coach learners and get the very best out of them
• Using stories and metaphor to create powerful accelerated learning processes in the mind
• How you can use hypnotic language to educate at an unconscious level
• Techniques to help learners integrate the learning experience in the most effective way for them
• Powerful observation and listening skills
• How to work with resistant learners effectively
• The art of giving high quality feedback that will stimulate learning and support the learner, and facilitating others in doing the same
• How to assess learners for certification – and how to bring on those who are not where they need to be
• Using audio and visual aids
• The “business” of being an NLP Trainer

Your total study time will be over 130 hours, including a wide  range of personal study projects, online tutorials, personal Coaching and classroom sessions.

Drawing from an extensive collection of resources in video, audio and text format the online elements of the programme will be delivered using a modern and interactive Virtual Learning Environment which will contain a mixture of in course assessment including a Discussion Forum for students to work closely with Ralph and his team, to enable them to work collaboratively with other students, to undertake assessments in the form of tests and quizzes to check their knowledge and understanding before moving on to the next topic.

During the classroom based element, every day will be packed with fascinating learning, interactive exercises and growing awareness – and we promise there will also be time to network and discuss with your trainers and with each other. Ralph will walk his talk by showing you how to USE your NLP in order to TEACH it.

All of the classroom events will be;

• Held in a quality 3-star+ venue
• All inclusive of materials, refreshments, light lunch etc
• Supported by a comprehensive Trainer Manual and extensive materials

Graduating NLP Trainers will also be provided with a set of resources that will enable them to run their first NLP trainings after the event. This will include a licenced copy of the Practitioner Manual, Powerpoint slides and additional handout materials.

When and where?

Participants will be able to start the programme at ANY time to suit them and then join the next classroom based workshops which will run 2 or 3 times each year.

The first programme will launch on 1^st November 2011 and this will then become a rolling programme so you can join to suit your own personal needs and timescale.

And then?

Upon successful graduation you will receive one of the following certificates:

1. “Certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming” (certified NLP Master Practitioners)
2. “Certified Business Trainer” (other participants)

Both certificates are accredited by the International Federation for Coaching and NLP. In addition, your certification will gain you automatic Membership of the IFCNLP with your first year being subscription-free!

Assessment for certification will be based on a number of things, including:

• Completion of all online tasks and activities including regular contribution to the online discussion forum
• Full attendance on the classroom based programme
• Participation in the classroom activities and exercises
• Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of NLP in the Classroom assessment
• Demonstration of the integration of skills and learning from the programme
• Attitude of excellence to self and others
